SHREDDED SUMMER CHALLENGE WITH PRIZES

I want to take time in this article and explain our summer challenge in greater detail. You may have seen the event on Facebook or our other social media outlets! We are excited to announce this event as our first "big" challenge where we can reach everyone and anyone who wants to be a part of a fun and intense event!

WHEN?

  • Summer Challenge will begin on June 13th and conclude on August 14th

HOW TO ENTER?

  • YOU MUST apply online at newavetraining.com/memberships and sign up. Members get automatic entry.
  • *Completely free if you apply for the challenge membership and get approved as a free challenge member for this one event*

GETTING STARTED

  • Once entered and confirmed, we will need a couple of things! You will be emailed a form to fill out and submit back via email or Facebook messenger. It will include these things
    • (2) Before pictures - side and front for example. With a shirt on or not. Whatever you are comfortable with!
    • Starting body weight and or body fat
    • Fitness Goals

  • By entering, no matter the level, you get access to the FREE program of choice. There are two different types of programs based on your goal for the challenge! The (2) are:

    • 60 Day Weight Loss Transformation Program

    • 60 Day Muscle and Strength Program

      • You will receive your program of choice via email after you submit your initial photos and other credentials.
  • You receive (1) free consultation with a NeWave Coach with your entry. We will briefly discuss your goals and dieting plans for the 60 day challenge.
    • You will also receive a healthy eating guide to assist you with your dieting plans
  • Entered into weekly newsletter with new updates and helpful articles
